Every licence number, published so it can be verified independently. Agents who will not publish a producer number are worth a second look.

State licences

Non-resident licences are held in the states below. Where a state issues the National Producer Number as the licence number, that is shown.

The certificates

All 33, as issued. Select any one to see it full size. The only alteration is a black bar over a residential address; the name, licence number, lines of authority, seal, and expiry are untouched so each document can be checked against the issuing department.

Compensation

When a policy is placed through this agency, the issuing insurance carrier pays a commission. That commission is determined by the carrier and is already built into the premium. It does not increase what you pay, and enrolling directly through the Marketplace would not reduce your premium.

Two limits follow honestly from that arrangement. No agent holds appointments with every carrier in every state, so the plans available through this agency are not the entire market in your area. And an agent is paid when a policy is placed, which is an incentive you should be aware of when weighing any recommendation.

What this site is and is not

  • Not an offer of coverage. No policy is issued, bound, or applied for through this website. Nothing here constitutes an offer or a solicitation in a state where the agent is not licensed.
  • Not tax, legal, or medical advice. Content is general education about the Affordable Care Act. Tax questions belong with a tax professional, legal questions with a lawyer, and medical questions with a clinician.
  • Not a quote. Calculators and figures produce estimates for illustration. Actual eligibility, premiums, and benefits are determined by the Marketplace and the issuing carrier.
  • Not exhaustive. Not all plans available in your area are offered here, and availability depends on carrier appointments and state licensure.

Non-ACA products

Products other than ACA-compliant major medical coverage are sold in the individual market. Where any such product is discussed, it will be identified plainly as not being ACA-qualifying major medical and as not satisfying minimum essential coverage. These products are typically medically underwritten, may exclude pre-existing conditions, and may limit benefits in ways a major medical plan does not. Their terms differ so substantially between products that they cannot be described generically, and any discussion belongs with the actual policy documents in front of you.

Accuracy and currency

Every substantive page carries the date its figures were verified, and cites its primary sources. Marketplace rules change through legislation, rulemaking, and litigation, and several 2027 provisions are currently before a federal appeals court. Reasonable effort is made to keep pages current, but you should confirm anything you are about to act on. Where a source is uncertain or sources conflict, the page says so rather than picking one.

Privacy

Information submitted through a form on this site is used to contact you about health coverage and nothing else. It is not sold, rented, or shared with third-party lead buyers. See the privacy notice.
