What is collected

• What you send. Name, email address, phone number, ZIP code, state, household size, approximate income, age, and any notes you add to a form.
• Technical detail. The page a submission came from and your browser user agent string, kept so that submissions can be traced if something goes wrong.
• Nothing from the calculator. The subsidy calculator runs entirely in your browser. Nothing you type into it is transmitted or stored anywhere.

How it is used

Solely to respond to you about health insurance: to prepare figures for your household, to contact you by phone, text, or email, and to keep a record of the conversation as required for a licensed agent’s files.

What is never done with it

• It is not sold.
• It is not rented or traded to lead buyers or aggregators.
• It is not shared with other agents or agencies.
• It is not used for advertising targeting.

The only circumstance in which your information reaches a third party is when you decide to apply for coverage, at which point it goes to the Marketplace and the carrier you chose, because that is how an application works.

How long it is kept

For as long as needed to serve you and to satisfy the record-keeping obligations that apply to a licensed insurance producer, which vary by state. You may ask for your information to be deleted at any time by calling (954) 995-1023, and it will be, except where a state regulator requires a record to be retained.

Storage

Submissions are stored in an access-controlled database used only by this site. The site is served over HTTPS. No payment information is ever collected here, because no payment is ever taken here.

Cookies and analytics

This site does not set advertising or tracking cookies and does not run third-party advertising trackers. Web fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which receives a request from your browser as a consequence.

Your choices

• Ask what is held about you, and it will be told to you.
• Ask for it to be corrected or deleted.
• Ask to stop being contacted, at any time and by any method. Say so once and it stops.

Children

This site is not directed at children under 13 and does not knowingly collect their information. Household details submitted about dependent children are treated as part of the enquiring adult’s record.
